GoodSearch... Every Click Feeds a Horse!

Stepping Stone Farms School of Horsemanship needs your help! As you can imagine nonprofits and schools are facing a fundraising crisis this year.  The good news is that more than 900 of the top Internet retailers and travel sites including Amazon, eBay, Target, Apple, Expedia and more have joined forces with to donate part of every purchase to your favorite charity or school at no additional cost to you (more than 72,000 nonprofits are now on-board)!

It takes just a few seconds to go to, select your charity, and then click through to your favorite store and shop as usual.  Also, Yahoo has teamed up with GoodShop's sister site,, to donate about a penny to your cause every time you search the web. This is totally free as the money comes from advertisers.  To give you a sense of how the money can add up, the ASPCA has already earned more than $23,000 and we recently received enough to buy a full load of hay!

Please tell 10 friends about GoodShop and GoodSearch today. They've been featured in the NY Times, the Wall Street Journal, CNN, Oprah Magazine and more. Charities need our help to spread the word now more than ever!

Sponsor a Horse

Sponsor a horse for only $3,600/ year.  We happily provide for the care and feeding of all of our four-legged friends.  Our horses work for their room and board by offering riding time or by their involvement in our Equine Assisted Psychotherapy programs.  However, we do depend on donations as part of their support, and we do appreciate your contributions at any level.

Horse Costs

Hay: $5 to $8 for a small square bale.

Grain:  $12-$15 a bag

Bedding: $5 a bag.  We also have to pay to have it hauled away.

De-Worming: 1 horse for 1 year = $100

Shots: $100 per horse twice a year (spring & fall)

Farrier costs: $40 per trim 6 times a year (per horse)

Front Shoes: $90 for summers only --- Lady and Lola
(This service donated by Lia)

Many of the youth who are (or would like to be) involved in our program do not have the financial resources to do so.  Please talk to us about your options to “Sponsor-a-Student” or contribute to our scholarship fund to provide services for youth and adults alike.
