Our Staff

Lia Sader

Lia Sader, a well respected local farrier, trainer and member of the American Riding Instructor Association, is the leader of Stepping Stone Farms.  Under her guidance, the Stepping Stone team has made possible many horsemanship programs for Wisconsin youth that would otherwise lack a platform for existence.

In addition Ms. Sader serves on the board of the Wisconsin Walking Horse Association and is a former Upper Midwest Horseshoers Association board member.

Driven by the desire to provide a professional outlet for the broadening of young minds, Lia has devised the programs that address and embrace a long-standing community need of reaching out to at-risk youth.  Offering the community an opportunity for self exploration has been a passion made real by Lia, who has put into motion programs and activities aimed at connecting people and animals for the betterment of self image.
